HACCP Master 2000 Food Safety Planner is a user friendly food safety (Windows) computer program that automatically evaluates food recipes/processes using HACCP (Hazard Analysis, Critical Control Points) principles. It can be used on IBM compatible computers running under Windows 95B, 98 and NT. The larger capacity of your computer, the better HACCP Master 2000 will perform.

HACCP Master 2000's versatility covers HACCP considerations from when food enters the food establishment until it is received by the customer.

Watch and be amazed! Just describe the recipe in your own words and it will automatically evaluate your recipes to identify critical control points. From here you can view the evaluated process where all the critical control points are expanded to identify the likely hazards, their control measures, how to monitor and verify the controls as well as what corrective action to undertake where control measures had not been adhered to. Flow charts can easily be created and customised to accurately reflect your Food Establishment's process flow.
